Develop a workout plan: 

This should include exercises that target all major muscle groups, such as the chest, back, shoulders, legs, and core. A combination of compound exercises, such as the bench press, deadlift, and squat, along with isolation exercises, like the bicep curl and tricep pushdown, will help you build muscle effectively. Make sure to also include cardio and flexibility exercises.


Focus on progressive overload: 

To build muscle, you need to challenge your muscles to work harder than they're used to. One effective way to do this is to gradually increase the weight you're lifting over time, also known as progressive overload.

Mental toughness:

 Building a strong character is as much about mental fortitude as it is about physical strength. Setting and achieving goals, being disciplined, being resilient in the face of failure, and being focused are some of the character traits that can be developed with time. Setting a goal and working towards it, learning from your mistakes, and having a positive attitude will help you build mental toughness.
